Horrible
We normally stay at Embassy Suites when we are traveling with our five kids, and heard this one in Austin was really great. woke up the next morning to daughter who had a swollen face due to ants in her bed, under her pillow, it was horrible. she is allergic to ants! there were ants through outour luggage. Needless to say we spent the entire vacation washing clothes and in the emergency hotel room for daughter.Check the hotel room before you bring anything in.

the property and service was great. The location right off 290 and I35 was fantastic. The breakfast was super. highly recommend this as a must stay in Austin.
Austin Embassy Suites
We have stayed at the Town Lake Embassy Suites and the North location is nicer. The lobby/dinning area is open with shy lights and the water features with fish are lovely. The kids really liked the pool.
Family-friendly
Good hotel room size, inviting atrium, great breakfast buffet. family-friendly, so there are a LOT of young kids scampering about the place- with or without parental supervision. If you need a business property, this may not be the best, in addition for vacation or pleasure, it is just fine.

Too small, too expensive - Small room, no refrigerator in room, . . .
Nice Stay - The help was nice, the property was in great shape,the breakfast was fantastic with eggs, sausage, waffles, the works and the swimming pool was even in use. Great place for the price. . . .
what a experience - the property was nice, we drove a clean, just finish being detail expedition down we woke the next morning and a large full cup of dark soda was found on top of our suv.i'm glad that it was not a bott . . .

never stay here! - there were stains on sheets mold in bathroom, black streaks in bathtub, shotty patch jobs on holes in walls. stay somewhere else for your health. . . .
